PHP Calendar

This calendar is configurable to meet different requests. The php calendar source code is downloadable.

Calendar Set start day

The calendar displays the Sunday as the first day of the week by default. But some nations don't take Sunday of the first day of the week. You may change this using the setStartDay function.

The setStartDay function takes a single argument which defines the day to start the week on. The values for each day are shown here in the table

Following is an example to show how to set Tuesday as the first day of the week:

Download the source code and save it to cal2.php. then Copy paste the above code to your desired location of your page. You will have the following calendar:

Set Start month

Similarly, you could also customize the start month of the year. The following example set the year start with Oct.

Note that if you want to put above 2 calendars(month and year) in a same page, be sure use include("cal2.php") for only once or use include_once("cal2.php") instead.
